Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Items must not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way.\
- Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at [your support email] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and product photos if applicable.
- Our team will review and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and mention the desired size.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item at no extra cost.
