Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Items must not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way.\
  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [your support email] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and product photos if applicable.
  3. Our team will review and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and mention the desired size.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item at no extra cost.
