Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Items should be free from any stains, perfume, or damage.
Please Note:
- Discounted or sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Innerwear and accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at admin@fabmag.in or WhatsApp us at +91 92202 35348 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach product photos (in case of damage).
- Our support team will respond with return pickup or shipping instructions.
Return Pickup & Costs
- We offer free return pickup for defective or incorrect items.
- For size-related or preference-based returns, a nominal pickup fee may be deducted from your refund.
- In some remote areas, customers may be asked to self-ship the item.
Refund or Exchange Options
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or process an exchange, as requested.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns if:
- The return request is made after 7 days.
- The product is used, washed, or damaged post-delivery.
- Tags or original packaging are missing.
